4 Villa Plans & Elevations

I need scaled floor plans and exterior elevations for a four-villa mini-development. Everything starts from my own hand-drawn concept: a compact footprint with the room layout already fixed and a single loft bedroom per unit. Your task is to turn that sketch into clear architectural drawings without changing the internal arrangement I have specified. What matters most is accuracy in translating the room layout, proper dimensions in metric, and a professional set of drawings that a builder or local authority can read immediately. Façade treatment, materials and other stylistic touches will be supplied by me as well in the form of a colour photo of an existing Villa . Each Villa will also have a small front porch at Ground level and a corresponding Balcony at Loft level which mirrors the downstairs front Porch area . This is all demonstrated in my Hand drawn Sketch with approximate dimensions and a professionally done Full Site Survey of the site ( 127 m2 ) Deliverables • Scaled floor plan(s) for each villa in PDF plus editable DWG/RVT • Four primary elevations per villa, matching the plans • One combined sheet showing how the four villas sit together on the plot I will send the scanned sketch and answer any follow-up questions as soon as we start. Please mention the software you prefer (AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.) and your estimated timeline so we can agree on milestones right away.
