Photoreal 3D House Modeling & Renders

I will share an Excel-based floor plan of a single-family house and need a full 3D model built from it (final format must be STP/SW Assembly & SW Part file), followed by a series of photorealistic renders. Both interior and exterior shots are required. For the interiors, please keep the language of the space unmistakably modern—clean lines, uncluttered circulation, and a neutral palette that lets featured materials stand out. Those materials are wood, glass, and a prominent rock-wall accent, so be ready to showcase believable grain patterns, crisp reflections, and realistic stone texture. Exterior styling for the façade will be discussed once the base model is ready; quick responsiveness here is important because I’m working against a tight timeline. I’ll also provide references for landscaping, lighting mood, and camera angles as soon as we start.
