Sobre a vaga

I need a sturdy, matte-finish adapter that lets me screw a standard 3 ⁄ 4" broom handle into a 1 ¾" threaded pipe. One end must slip cleanly over the 1 ¾" pipe and lock in place; the opposite end should present a true 3 ⁄ 4" broom thread. Because the part will live outdoors, I’ve chosen ABS for its weather resistance, and I’d like the internal and external threads reinforced so they won’t strip after repeated use. You can work from the reference photo I supplied, adjusting only the larger end so it mates accurately with the 1 ¾" pipe OD while keeping the overall profile similar. Dimensional accuracy is critical—both threads should engage smoothly by hand with no wobble, and the exterior must come off the printer with a uniform, non-glossy surface (no need for additional finishing coats unless that’s your preferred method to achieve the matte look). Deliverables • Print-ready STL or STEP file (I may want spares printed later) • six test-printed ABS part shipped to me that meets these checks: fits both threads snugly, shows no warping, and arrives with a consistent matte finish. Let me know your preferred printing settings for outdoor-grade ABS (layer height, infill, post-processing, etc.) and the turnaround time you can guarantee from design approval to shipping.
