GoFundMe Organizer Needed

I’m looking for a freelancer based in a GoFundMe supported country who can create and organize a GoFundMe campaign on my behalf. I’m raising funds for my cat, who is suffering from Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease (FLUTD) and creating a GoFundMe is currently very important. I’m already using social media to share videos of my cat and many people have suggested that I create a GoFundMe. I’ll handle the promotion myself through my social media, I only need someone who can legally create the GoFundMe on my behalf.
