11x17 Scaled Mechanical Drawing PDF

I need a precise mechanical 2-D drawing recreated to scale and laid out on an 11" × 17" sheet. Please follow this colour convention throughout the file: keep every unit label and note in solid black, and show all dimension lengths in blue. When printed at full size the scale must read accurately, so set your drawing units and scale bar accordingly. The only file I need back is a press-ready PDF. Feel free to build it in AutoCAD, DraftSight, SolidWorks Draft, or any comparable CAD package—just be sure line-weights and fonts hold up when plotted to an 11" × 17" PDF. Deliverables • One vector PDF, 11" × 17", fully to scale, with black units and blue dimension lengths • Title block, scale bar, and clear revision date embedded • Source CAD file (optional but appreciated) I will provide the sketch or existing model as soon as we start.
