Product Detail Data Entry

I have a growing catalogue of products that must be kept up-to-date in Excel and Google Sheets. All of the information—SKUs, names, short descriptions, prices, and dimensions—comes from company-supplied documents, and every one of those documents is a PDF. Document source: • PDFs only Your task is to open each PDF, extract the relevant product details, and insert or update them in the master spreadsheet while following the column structure I will share. Accuracy is critical: any typo in a SKU or price flows straight through to the website, so I need someone who naturally double-checks their work, balances quantities, and keeps formats consistent across sheets. Deliverables: • A fully populated, cleaned spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets, your choice) containing every product from the provided PDFs • A brief change log noting any unclear fields you flagged for my review I will supply the template, a naming convention guide, and access to the shared drive. If you have questions, drop them as you go—quick clarification beats rework later.
