To guide you, I’ll provide existing floor plans, measurements, photos, and a short mood-board of inspirations I like. From there I’m looking for: • A revised interior layout that respects current load-bearing walls yet optimises circulation. • 3D visuals or high-quality renders that clearly communicate the modern aesthetic we agree on. • A concise material and fixture schedule so I can hand everything to contractors without extra interpretation. Everything should comply with standard residential codes, and your drawings must be ready for permit submission if minor structural changes are proposed.
