Original Front-End Design for Startup Websites

I am a startup business owner in Japan. We are looking for a front-end developer who can create excellent and original front-end designs for several websites, rather than relying on uniform templates. We dislike rigid templates and require the developer to be proficient in HTML and PHP, have a strong understanding of website aesthetics, and be able to distinguish the different design concepts required for B2B and B2C business websites. The task is relatively simple, and the estimated completion time is about five days. Before starting, I need a design test. I will provide several products and a reference website, and you will create the homepage for me to review. I do not need a complete website or functional website structure, as I only need an HTML-based design test. Your design can be freely expressed, allowing me to clearly see your design ideas and overall design concept. If there is no problem, I will provide the detailed requirements and contract so we can start the cooperation.
