We are seeking an experienced digital marketing specialist to grow our music label’s YouTube channel and reach genuine Bengali music audiences, particularly in Bangladesh. Scope of Work - Develop organic YouTube promotion and channel growth strategies. - Reach out to relevant Bangladeshi music channels, creators, reviewers and music communities. - Improve YouTube SEO, discoverability, audience engagement and subscriber growth. - Identify genuine collaboration and music-feature opportunities. - Provide a clear action plan, outreach tracker and performance report.
Proven experience in YouTube music promotion and channel growth. - Knowledge of Bangladesh’s music market and relevant industry contacts. - Verifiable previous work and transparent reporting. Strictly Prohibited: Purchased views or subscribers, bots, fake engagement, artificial traffic and embedded-view schemes. Paid advertising and paid placements require prior approval.
