Native Android App Conversion

I already run a fully-functioning web app and now need a true, production-ready Android application—not just a webview wrapper. I will provide you with the live URL and a clear rundown of which screens and flows make the most sense on mobile. Scope • Rebuild the experience with native Android navigation, gestures, and performance. • Implement a fresh mobile-first design; the current web styling should serve only as functional reference. • Make the app work offline where practical (local caching of key data so core screens still open without a connection). • Integrate push-based in-app notifications as the top priority feature—users must receive and open alerts even when the app is in the background. • Package the final build so it is ready for Google Play submission, complete with versioning, app icons, and keystore signing. Deliverables 1. Source code (Android Studio / Kotlin or Java). 2. Release-ready AAB/A PK along with a short README covering build steps and any third-party services used. 3. Brief hand-off session or document summarising how you implemented offline storage, notification handling, and any design system components. I will stay available for quick feedback on UI iterations, provide API endpoints, and share Figma or similar assets once the project begins.
