Role Overview: We are looking to hire a full-time designer for our company. Because this role requires direct, daily coordination and real-time collaboration with our core team members, active communication via WhatsApp is required. Scope of Work: This role covers end-to-end design across internal and external assets, including: Complete CRM interface & layout redesign Company marketing collateral & brochures Official templates (payslips, invoices, reports) Confidential client documentation and branded materials Hiring Process & How This Works: Paid Trial Task: You will be assigned a simple design test to evaluate your speed, aesthetic quality, and responsiveness. Rate: $2.00 / hr for the trial task. Full-Time Offer: If you pass the trial, you will be onboarded as our full-time designer.
2,000 SGD / month (~$1,550 USD / month). Important Requirements (Please Read Before Bidding): Direct Communication & Confidentiality: Due to sensitive company files, proprietary client data, and direct team alignment, project briefs, working files, and assets are shared via Google Drive and our company WhatsApp channel. Strict Condition: If you are unable to communicate via WhatsApp or insist on handling all file transmissions strictly through Freelancer chat, do not bid or contact me. We are only accepting candidates who can commit to these operational workflows.
