Short-Form Content Scriptwriter & Researcher Needed

We are looking for a Short-Form Content Researcher & Scriptwriter to help us develop content for several faceless social media channels.

What you'll do

Research and identify high-potential topics and video ideas for each channel. Pitch ideas and work with us to select the best topics. Write engaging short-form video scripts with strong hooks, storytelling and pacing. Research facts, trends and references to make sure the content is accurate and relevant. Analyze what works and continuously improve topics, hooks and scripts based on performance. Adapt your approach to different channels, audiences and content styles. What we're looking for Strong understanding of TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts. Excellent English writing skills. Ability to identify interesting, viral or highly clickable topics. Strong storytelling and copywriting skills. You understand what makes people stop scrolling and watch until the end. Curious, proactive and comfortable working independently. Previous experience creating short-form content is a strong plus. The goal: find great topics, turn them into great scripts, and help us build faceless channels that people actually want to watch.
