Professional Website Upgrade for Santa Claus Service

I am looking for an experienced web designer/developer to upgrade and rebuild my existing website. I am a professional entertainer and I have several different websites for my different entertainment concepts. This particular project is for my professional Santa Claus website, which is used to present and promote my Santa Claus appearances, shows and related services. I already have a website and I am currently working on the visual design and layout using One.com. I therefore have a fairly clear idea of how I want the finished website to look. I am not looking for someone to invent an entirely new concept from scratch, but rather someone who can take my design, ideas and existing content and turn them into a professional, fast and well-built website. My main requirements are: • The website must look professional and modern on both desktop and mobile. • Mobile responsiveness is very important. The layout should adapt properly to different screen sizes rather than simply being a smaller version of the desktop site. • The website must load quickly and be optimized for good performance. • It should be technically SEO-friendly, including proper structure, headings, metadata possibilities, image optimization, page speed, etc. I will primarily handle the actual SEO text/content myself. • I want as little technical maintenance as possible. I do NOT want a solution where I constantly have to update plugins, themes, software, fix compatibility problems, etc. • It must be easy for me to edit text, replace images and make normal content changes myself after the website is finished, without needing a developer every time. • The solution should be stable, secure and simple to maintain. • I already have my domain and hosting through One.com. Please explain whether you recommend keeping the website hosted there and what technical solution/platform you would recommend based on my requirements. The visual appearance is very important to me. I will provide the existing website, design references and examples of how I want individual sections/pages to look. I am open to different technical solutions. WordPress is NOT a requirement. In fact, I would prefer a solution with less ongoing maintenance if it can still provide an easy way for me to edit text and images. This is not a very large website, and I would like the project to be completed relatively quickly. Please tell me realistically how quickly you can build and deliver the website. I am also open to a template-based solution if that is the fastest and most practical approach. For example, you can build the structure, design, page layouts and responsive templates, and I can add or replace some of the final images and text myself afterwards. The most important thing is that the website is properly responsive and looks professional on all devices – desktop computers, laptops, tablets and mobile phones. When applying, please include: 1.
