I’m building a 24-foot lane and ramp system that lets a standard bowling ball be rolled by hand, climb an 8-inch-high incline, enter a foam dampener area, then smoothly roll out into a return tray. What I need now are complete, manufacturer-ready plans so the entire structure can be pre-cut from heavy-duty plastic panels and shipped as a flat-pack kit. The design must balance durability with easy on-site assembly using common fasteners and minimal specialized tools. Key parameters to capture • 24 ft overall length, including approach, ramp, dampener zone, and return tray • 8 in rise from floor to lane surface • Lane surface and ramp from heavy-duty plastic panels with adequate support ribs or framing to handle repeated impacts from a 16 lb ball • Foam dampener sized and shaped to absorb the ball’s energy without excessive rebound • Gravity-fed return tray aligned to the dampener’s exit so the ball rolls back for immediate reuse • All components dimensioned for CNC cutting or similar automated processes Deliverables • Detailed CAD drawings (DXF/STL/STEP) for every panel, bracket, and support • Exploded assembly diagram with fastener call-outs • Bill of materials specifying panel thickness, foam density, hardware, and suggested suppliers • Assembly guide (PDF) written for non-technical users • Short video or render illustrating ball path from launch to return (optional but appreciated) I’ll use these files directly with the fabricator, so accuracy and clear labeling are crucial. Let me know your preferred CAD platform and any past examples of similar structural or sporting-goods layouts. Looking forward to collaborating on a smooth-rolling solution.
