I need a seasoned recruiter who can step in and run the entire hiring lifecycle for several entry-level roles. From crafting attention-grabbing job posts and sourcing talent across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche boards, through structured screening, behavioural and skills-based interviewing, and finally coordinating offers and onboarding, you’ll own every touch-point. Because these openings are at the start of the career ladder, gauging both technical abilities and strong soft-skill potential is critical. I expect you to design assessment steps that reveal problem-solving capacity, communication style, and coachability just as clearly as core technical know-how. Deliverables for each vacancy • Job description tailored to the channel you’ll post it on • A qualified shortlist of at least five interviewed candidates within the agreed timeline • Interview notes and scorecards highlighting technical and interpersonal fit • Smooth hand-off to HR/onboarding with signed offer and start date confirmed Success is measured by time-to-hire, candidate quality, and first-month retention, so your process needs to be proactive, organised, and data-driven.
