Playful Animal Sticker Design

I'm looking for a talented artist to create a cute and playful sticker design. This sticker will be for personal use and gifted to the people in my team at work. I’m looking for a cartoon of someone working in “the Excel mines”. The person would need to look corporate, maybe wearing a hard hat, working hard mining data out of spreadsheets. I’d like the caption “Qualified Excel Miner” on the cartoon please. What’s your rates/turnaround time and how many revisions would I get? Do you have a relationship with a printer or is this a digital file I will need to print myself? Please provide a portfolio showcasing similar work. Thanks!
