AdOps Engineer for VASTLint Independent Evaluation & Report

We need an experienced ad operations professional or adtech engineer to independently evaluate VASTLint, an open-source validator for VAST video-advertising documents, and deliver a signed technical report summarizing your findings. This is a focused, short-term assignment estimated at approximately 2–3 hours of work.

Requirements

- Proven experience in ad operations (AdOps) or adtech engineering - Hands-on familiarity with VAST (Video Ad Serving Template) documents and video advertising standards - Experience with open-source software evaluation or technical auditing - Ability to produce a clear, professional written technical report - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - Prior experience with VAST validators or similar ad quality tools is a plus Deliverables: - Independent evaluation of VASTLint's functionality, accuracy, and reliability as a VAST document validator - A signed technical report documenting your methodology, findings, and any recommendations - Summary of any identified limitations, edge cases, or areas of concern with the tool Work Arrangement: - This is a short, fixed-scope engagement estimated at 2–3 hours - Work is performed independently with minimal oversight - Deliverable is a written report upon completion About the project: This evaluation is intended to provide an objective, third-party technical assessment of VASTLint for use in a professional context — your expertise and credibility as an adtech professional are key to the value of this engagement.
