Review & Seal Residential Deck Plans

I have prepared structural drawings and a structural calculation report for a residential deck project located at 12181 Volver Avenue, Felton, California 95018. The project includes wood deck framing and replacement, beams and joists, ledger connections, concrete footings, posts, exterior stairs, and guardrail structural details. The drawings reference the 2022 California Building Code (CBC), ASCE 7-22, and the 2018 National Design Specification (NDS) for wood construction. The calculation report includes wood beam analysis and checks for bending, shear, bearing, and deflection using the allowable stress design (ASD) method. I am seeking a California-licensed Professional Engineer with structural engineering experience to independently review the submitted drawings and calculations, verify their technical adequacy and applicable code compliance, identify any necessary corrections, and sign and seal the final documents upon satisfactory review. The deliverables will include the reviewed, signed, and sealed structural drawing set and calculation report in PDF format, suitable for submission to the local building department.
