I have multiple training modules that need to move from rough outlines and scattered notes into polished, learner-friendly PowerPoint decks. Your main focus will be structuring the content so it flows logically, choosing visuals that reinforce each concept, and applying a clean, modern template that is consistent across every slide set. Clarity is the top priority—I want participants to grasp the material at a glance. This means concise text, readable typography, purposeful white space, and graphics or diagrams that simplify complex ideas rather than decorate them. When necessary, you may also create simple charts or infographics directly in PowerPoint. Typical workflow: I supply the lesson objectives, raw text, and any reference materials; you transform them into a ready-to-deliver presentation, then return the .pptx file for review. After my feedback you’ll make any tweaks so the final deck is classroom-ready. Deliverables for each module: • Editable PowerPoint (.pptx) with consistent master slides • All linked assets embedded or delivered separately • One revision cycle after initial hand-off I occasionally need light virtual-assistant or data-entry help around these projects, so flexibility there is a plus, though not essential.
