Dubai Bookkeeper / Accountant for Inactive Company Compliance & Closure

Dubai Bookkeeper / Accountant Needed – VAT Return, Annual Filing & Company Closure We are a UK-based company with a Dubai-registered company, Horizon Peak Real Estate LLC, which was set up in 2025. The company was intended to operate as a real estate brokerage, but due to developments in the region, it never commenced trading. There has been no trading activity and no transactions through the company bank account. The company is VAT registered, and we are now looking for an experienced Dubai-based bookkeeper or accountant to assist us with: - Filing any outstanding VAT returns - Filing any required annual returns - Ensuring all accounting and compliance matters are up to date - Assisting with the formal closure / cancellation of the company - Advising us on any other filings or steps required before closure We will provide all necessary company documents and information. We are looking for someone who has experience with Dubai / UAE company accounting, VAT compliance, and company closure procedures. Please provide: - Details of your relevant experience - Confirmation that you can handle the full process - An estimated timeframe - One fixed total fee for completing all required work We would prefer to work with someone based in Dubai who can deal with the relevant authorities directly if necessary.
