Scope varies—from quick red-line updates and code-compliance tweaks to full schematic layouts, construction details and the occasional project-management hand-off—so the role calls for genuine versatility. Most assignments arrive in DWG, RVT or SketchUp format and I’ll keep feeding new briefs through Trello with clearly numbered task cards. For each card you’ll return: • A clean, fully editable source file (AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp as supplied) • A flattened, print-ready PDF set with my title-block applied • A short change log so I can track what moved and why A task is approved when the drawing set matches the brief, layers stay tidy, dimensions are locked, and sheets plot at scale without errors. Turnaround averages 24-48 h for minor edits and up to a week for larger design packages, but we can discuss pacing that fits your pipeline; steady weekly output is more helpful than a sprint-and-stall cycle. Strong command of building codes, drafting standards, and clear file naming will set you apart, as will experience with BIM 360 or similar cloud collaboration tools.
