The users will be only real estate agents and no transactions will be done through the platform. The platform must handle account creation, property listings with photos and geolocation, advanced search and filter options, secure messaging between parties, and bilingual support (English & Portuguese) from day one. The build needs to be clean, fast, and ready to go live within a month, so a streamlined tech stack and an agile approach are essential.
