Website Diagram Promo Animation

I have a static diagram that needs to come alive on my site and work as a clear promotional hook. I’m flexible on both the file format (GIF, SVG, or WebM are all fine) and the style—whether you think a subtle 2-D movement, a sleek flat-design loop, or even light 3-D depth will communicate the idea best, pitch it. I have also seen good work using GSAP. The key is that the finished piece must load quickly, look crisp on desktop and mobile, and visually guide viewers toward a call-to-action already in the layout. Feel free to suggest micro-interactions, colour transitions, or other polished touches that fit within modern web performance standards.
