Branded Automated Email Suite

I need a cohesive set of email templates that can drop straight into our automated flows and speak in the same formal, polished voice our customers already know from the website and print collateral. The suite must cover every touch-point in the journey: a multi-step welcome series, eye-catching promotional blasts, crystal-clear transactional notices (orders, shipping, invoices), and follow-ups that invite reviews. Visual consistency is essential. Each template has to carry our logo, the correct colour palette and typography, bold call-to-action buttons, and a footer with live social media links. I want the layouts responsive and thoroughly tested so they display perfectly in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and on mobile screens. Deliverables • HTML + inline-CSS files for: Welcome, Promotional, Transactional, and Review Request emails • Editable design source (Figma, Sketch, or PSD) with labelled layers • Screenshot proof of cross-client rendering (desktop & mobile) • Simple implementation guide noting image sizes, text character limits, and any modular sections Hand-off isn’t complete until each template passes testing in Litmus or Email on Acid and links, colours, and fonts match our brand guidelines exactly.
