We're Hiring! Marketing Assistant (Video Editing, AI & Advertising) | Long-Term Opportunity We're not looking for the most experienced person. We're looking for the right person. We're an established international marketing company with years of experience, thousands of clients, and a lot of knowledge to share. Right now, we're looking for someone to join our team long-term, learn new skills, take on different responsibilities, and grow with the company. You don't need to be an expert. You need to be curious, hardworking, reliable, and willing to figure things out. What You'll Be Learning & Doing Video Editing: Editing video ads, marketing videos, and other content using traditional editing software and AI tools. AI Tools: Learning how to use AI to create content, streamline workflows, and improve productivity. Media Buying: Learning how to create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns, primarily on Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Marketing Tasks: Helping with different projects, research, and whatever else our team needs. Who We're Looking For Someone who can communicate confidently in English. Someone who's genuinely interested in marketing, advertising, and AI. Someone who's willing to learn new skills, even from scratch. Someone who takes initiative instead of waiting to be told every little thing. Someone who's reliable, organized, and not afraid of hard work. Someone who's looking for a long-term opportunity, not just another short-term gig. What we DON'T care about: Fancy degrees, impressive certificates, or 10 years of experience. What we DO care about: Your attitude, your willingness to learn, and your ability to get things done.
