Last-Mile Route Optimization MVP

I’m building the first release of BlessShipping, a B2B platform that helps distributors cut costs and shave hours off their last-mile runs by automatically creating the most efficient delivery routes. The scope for this Minimum Viable Product is focused and clear: give dispatchers a simple way to upload or enter daily orders, let the system crunch the best sequence of stops, and push those optimized routes to drivers in real time. At this stage I’m not trying to cover every edge case—speed to market and rock-solid core logic matter most. Key elements I need developed: • Web-based dispatcher dashboard: order entry, live map view, and route re-optimization on demand. • Native driver apps for iOS and Android: stop-by-stop navigation, proof-of-delivery capture, and push notifications for any route updates. • Optimization engine: can be built in-house or integrated with a proven routing API, as long as it handles time windows, vehicle capacity, and traffic data. • Lightweight REST or GraphQL API so I can plug future services into the same data source. Acceptance criteria for hand-off: • A deployable Web portal (React, Vue, or similar) and compiled mobile builds. • Routes generated must reduce total distance or time by at least 15 % versus a simple sequential list when tested with a provided sample data set. • Cleanly documented code, env files, and setup instructions that let me spin up the full stack on AWS or DigitalOcean in under two hours. If you have previous experience with logistics tech, on-device navigation, or mapping SDKs, that background will be a huge plus. I’m ready to move quickly once we align on architecture and timeline.
