"B misses the third seedling" not "B felt weaker". For voice tasks you actually listen, not just read the transcript. what we need: native english speaker, this ones a must. Some background in AI training data, labeling / annotation or AI evaluation work. But honestly the mindset matters more than the years... you pick things up fast, you notice stuff (six fingers, a swan that vanishes mid clip, a label that says "PREVIUOS GEN"), and you get on w the work without a lot of back n forth. Comfortable using AI tools as part of it, you just dont let them make the call. Flexible w hours, the work comes in batches. remote, async, hourly $2-$3 depending on experience n how the trial goes.
