The core flow is simple: customers open the app, browse a product catalogue, add items to a cart, and place orders in just a few taps. Beyond that essential purchase path, I also want to layer in community-style interactions. Each user should have a personal profile where they can post updates about recent purchases or deals, and they must be able to exchange private or group messages inside the app. These social touches should feel native, not bolted on, so the UI/UX has to balance a clean storefront with an intuitive chat experience.
