Custom Marketing CRM Development

I’m building a purpose-built Marketing CRM that lets my team move seamlessly from capturing a lead to launching an automated ad campaign—all from one place. I need a developer (or small team) who can design, code, and deploy the platform end-to-end, then hand it over with clear documentation and basic onboarding. The CRM must include: • Lead management • Sales forecasting • Email integration • Ads automation Platform connections are equally important and should work through stable APIs or webhooks: • Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) • Email Marketing Tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid, similar) • Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.) • Ads Automation networks (Google Ads, Meta Ads) Tech stack is flexible—Laravel, Node, Django, or another modern framework is fine—as long as the code is clean, well-documented, and supports REST/GraphQL for future extensions. A responsive React or Vue front-end is preferred so the UI stays fast and mobile-friendly. Deliverables 1. Clickable wireframe or prototype for approval 2. MVP with the feature set above, deployed to a cloud host (AWS, GCP, or Azure) 3. API documentation & basic user manual 4. Two weeks of post-launch bug support Acceptance criteria • All listed features and integrations function without critical bugs • Data sync happens in near real-time (under 2-minute delay) • Unit and basic integration tests included (≥80 % coverage) • UI passes Lighthouse performance score of 80+ on desktop and mobile If you have shipped a CRM or martech platform before, please share links or screenshots and outline your proposed tech stack.
