Convert Submission Plan to Marketing Floorplan

I have an existing architectural submission plan and now need a clean, easy-to-read floor plan suitable for property marketing. The final drawing should be a simple black-and-white line illustration that shows each room clearly labelled with its basic dimensions; furniture, colour, and 3D effects are not required. You may trace or redraw the layout in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Illustrator, or any other vector-based tool so long as the finished file is crisp and accurate. Please keep external and internal wall thicknesses true to the source plan so the scale remains consistent. Deliverables • PDF ready for estate-agent brochures (A4 size, 300 dpi) • High-resolution PNG or JPEG for web listings • Source file (DWG, AI, or equivalent) for any future edits Acceptance criteria • All rooms correctly named and dimensioned to the millimetre or nearest centimetre, matching the submission plan • Line weights and text sizes readable when printed at A4 • No colour, shading, furniture, or 3D elements present If you have examples of previous marketing floor plans in a similar monochrome style, feel free to include them so I can gauge consistency with what I need.
