I have an undeveloped parcel that needs a clean, traditional real-estate photo package so potential buyers can immediately understand its scale, terrain, and selling points. The assignment is entirely ground-based—no drone or twilight work this time—so plan for natural daylight and classic composition. Deliverables • Wide-angle views covering the full boundaries and topography • Close-ups highlighting key features such as access roads, utilities, distinctive vegetation, or water frontage • Panoramic shots (stitched or in-camera) that give an immersive, 180°–360° sense of the site Image specs • High-resolution JPEGs ready for web and print (RAW files welcomed as a bonus) • Basic color correction and exposure balancing; no heavy retouching required • Delivery via shared drive within 48 hours of the shoot Acceptance The job is complete when I receive the full set of edited images that match the three deliverable categories above, all in the agreed resolution and delivered on time.
