Senior Python / C++ Developer Needed for Long-Term Smart GUI Automation & Computer Vision Project

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer for a long-term collaboration to build and maintain a highly intelligent desktop automation tool for PC applications/games. ​Key Responsibilities: ​Develop an automated workflow tool capable of reading UI elements, tracking task completion status, and performing human-like interactions. ​Implement Computer Vision (OCR / OpenCV / YOLO) to accurately read in-game/app text, menus, and completed objectives. ​Implement app lifecycle management (auto-launching, safe closing, and error handling/recovery). ​Apply human behavior simulation (randomized delay intervals, smooth mouse movement curves, natural click patterns) to prevent automated pattern detection. ​Maintain, update, and optimize the tool regularly to adapt to target software UI changes and updates. ​Technical Requirements: ​Advanced skills in Python (PyAutoGUI, OpenCV, EasyOCR/Tesseract, PyWin32) or C++ / C#. ​Strong experience with Process & Memory Management or Image Recognition-based UI automation. ​Experience in human-like interaction algorithms (Bezier curves, Gaussian distribution delays). ​Ability to build a clean GUI (PyQt/Electron/WPF) and secure licensing system for distribution. ​Note: This is a long-term position with ongoing maintenance and feature updates.
