Social Media Ad Creator & Paid Advertising Manager for PRIVACYWEAVE Project Type: Ongoing monthly work Budget: Open to proposals Business Location: South Africa About the Business PRIVACYWEAVE is a South African business specializing in transforming existing palisade fencing into a more private, attractive boundary by weaving galvanized steel strips horizontally through the fence. Customers can choose a paint finish to suit their property. We are looking for a skilled digital marketer and creative advertising specialist to help us build brand awareness, generate customer inquiries, and acquire paying clients. Scope of Work We need someone who can handle both creative production and advertising campaign management across: * Facebook * Instagram * TikTok * YouTube 1. Advertisement Creation * Create a minimum of 3 advertising creatives per day, approximately 90 per month. * Produce professional promotional graphics, image ads, short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts. * Create realistic before-and-after visuals showcasing palisade privacy improvements. * Develop compelling captions, headlines, calls to action, and advertising copy. * Maintain consistent PRIVACYWEAVE branding across all platforms. * Use AI video and image tools where appropriate to produce cost-effective, professional content. 2. Paid Advertising Management * Set up and manage advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads for YouTube placements. * Research and target suitable South African audiences, particularly homeowners and property owners. * Optimize campaigns for WhatsApp inquiries, quotation requests, and qualified leads. * Monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets. * Provide weekly performance reports covering ad spend, inquiries, cost per lead, and campaign results. 3. Strategy and Growth * Develop a monthly advertising and content strategy. * Test different creative concepts, headlines, offers, and audiences. * Identify the best-performing advertisements and scale successful campaigns. * Recommend improvements based on actual performance data.

Requirements

Applicants must have: * Proven experience creating social media advertisements. * Demonstrable experience managing paid advertising campaigns. * A portfolio of previous work, preferably including home improvement, construction, fencing, security, or property-related businesses. * Experience generating leads for local service businesses. * Strong creative, copywriting, targeting, and analytical skills. * The ability to work independently and communicate consistently.
