ONLY APPLY IF YOU CAN START IMMEDIATELY. Milestone 1 (one copy) should be delivered within 2 hours after I accept your bid. I need someone in Bangladesh to order online copies of mutation khatians (নামজারি খতিয়ান) on dlrms.land.gov.bd and send me the PDFs. This is an online task. No office visit is needed. Location: Dhaka > Dhaka > Mirpur Revenue Circle (মিরপুর রাজস্ব সার্কেল) Step 1 (trial): Order ONE copy first. After I check it, I will release the rest. Step 2: the remaining 19 copies. The list of khatians (mouza, JL number and khatian number) will be sent privately to the awarded freelancer only.
- Send each PDF exactly as downloaded, all pages, without editing. - Send a list of the DLRMS order numbers and a screenshot of each payment receipt showing the government fee. - If a copy has a QR code or verification number, keep it visible. - If a khatian cannot be ordered, send a screenshot of the error message. Budget (fixed price, USD 50 in total): - Government fee: 120 taka per online copy (Ministry of Land fee list, February 2026). 20 copies = 2,400 taka. - Total: USD 50, including all government fees, payment charges (bKash/Nagad etc.) and your work. - Milestone 1 (trial, 1 copy): USD 5 - Milestone 2 (remaining 19 copies): USD 45 - If a khatian cannot be ordered, it is not charged. The milestone is reduced by USD 2 per copy not delivered. - No other charges. If you think extra cost is needed, tell me before you pay anything. Timeline: - Estimated work: about 1.5 to 2 hours in total. - Milestone 1: deliver within 2 hours after I accept your bid. - Milestone 2: deliver within 24 hours after I release the list. - If any copy is not available for immediate download, tell me at once and send it as soon as it is issued.
