I want to launch a web-based platform that lets customers and businesses talk to one another smoothly. The site should make it easy for a shopper to find a business profile, start a conversation, and keep track of replies without needing to pick up the phone. Core objectives • Customer accounts: quick sign-up, social login optional. • Business profiles: company bio, contact info, product or service highlights, and a clear “Message” button. • Real-time or near-real-time messaging: web-based chat or threaded inbox that notifies both sides of new activity (e-mail or on-site alerts). • Search & filter tools so customers can discover relevant businesses by category, location, or keyword. • Mobile-responsive design so the experience feels just as smooth on phones and tablets as on desktop. Nice-to-have features (if time allows) – Basic review or rating system so shoppers can leave feedback after interacting. – Simple admin dashboard for me to manage users, moderate messages, and pull usage stats. Tech preference is open; modern stacks such as React / Next.js with a Node or Laravel back end, or a solid PHP CMS with the right plugins, are welcome as long as they stay lightweight and secure. Deliverables 1. Fully functional website deployed on my hosting. 2. Source code and brief documentation covering setup, tech stack, and how to add or edit content. 3. A short hand-off call or video walkthrough so I can manage the platform confidently.
