Comprehensive School 3D Renderings

I have a site plan and great existing building photos, and now I’m ready to see the entire Yeshiva project brought to life through a coordinated set of 3D renderings. I need a balanced mix of realistic interior and exterior images, with every space receiving the same level of care and detail. Scope of spaces • Basement: dining room, kitchen, play area, storage, new exterior egress steps, and a filled-in driveway. • Main level: Bais Medrash and front lobby. • Gym: regulation basketball court. • Conversion work: turn the current lunch room and upstairs play area into classrooms. • Backyard overhaul: refresh football and baseball fields, add a pool at the back-left corner, remove the existing dirt mound, and insert a retaining wall. What I will supply – Photo sets of the current interiors and façades – Any clarifying sketches you need once we begin What I need from you 1. High-resolution still images that feel photo-real—daylight and, where appropriate, evening views. 2. Consistent materials, lighting, and entourage so every rendering looks like it belongs in the same presentation package. 3. Native model files (Revit, SketchUp, or 3ds Max) along with export formats I can pass to contractors. 4. Two rounds of coordinated revisions covering both interior and exterior viewpoints. Preferred tools are Revit or SketchUp for modeling and V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion for the final visuals, but if you have another workflow that produces the same level of realism, feel free to propose it. Once hired, I will share a Dropbox link to all reference material and we can agree on milestone submissions—typically basement views first, main-level interiors next, then gym and classroom conversions, and finally the exterior athletic complex. If you have a portfolio that shows comparable school, institutional, or large multi-room projects, please include it so I can quickly gauge fit. I’m aiming to move fast.
