CNC Radius Moulding Toolpaths

I run a Shark CNC in my shop and I’m preparing a project that combines smooth radius moulding with crisp, carved geometric panels. To complete it I need two things wrapped into a single, clean file set: • A full-scale digital design of the radius moulding profile, ready for hardwood stock. • Matching toolpaths for both the moulding run and the geometric carvings, optimized specifically for the Shark post-processor (​.tap or .nc). The geometric work will be a series of repeating shapes—think interlocking polygons and angular motifs—cut at consistent depth so they read sharply once sanded and finished. I haven’t locked in the exact moulding profile yet, so if you have suggestions (cove, half-round, bead, or a hybrid) I’m happy to pick the most efficient shape for your tooling strategy. Send back: 1. Design files (DXF, SVG, or VCarve/Fusion 360 project). 2. Ready-to-run g-code with feeds, speeds, bit callouts, and safe Z moves verified for the Shark. 3. A quick note on setup—bit order, pass depth, and any jigs you assume—so I can duplicate your results without trial runs. If you prefer VCarve or Fusion 360, note it; both are installed on my end. Accuracy at corners and smooth transitions on the radius are the acceptance test—I’ll dry-run the file in air first and approve once the toolpaths run cleanly.
