Accurate Document Re-Typing

I have between 11 and 50 pages of project documents that need to be converted into clean, editable text. Some pages are native digital files, others are scans or printed sheets, but all must end up as one consistent Word file with the original layout preserved as closely as possible. No tables, images, or footnotes are involved, so the focus is entirely on fast, error-free typing and careful proofreading. Please let me know how quickly you can turn the full set around and what steps you take to guarantee accuracy. I will supply the documents immediately after awarding and expect the final, spell-checked .docx file ready for review.
