Affiliate Manager & Influencer Recruiter

I run an affiliate program that is ready to scale, and I need a results-driven manager who can actively recruit and onboard micro-influencers (1 k–100 k followers) on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. Your primary goal is to keep the pipeline full and motivated so that these creators begin driving measurable sales through their unique links. I am less concerned about which tracking network we use—Impact, ShareASale, Commission Junction or any other—than I am about building a solid recruitment and performance process. If you already have a preferred platform, make your case; if not, recommend the most cost-effective workflow and I will move quickly to approve it. The compensation structure blends commission on each sale the influencers generate with additional performance bonuses, so you will be rewarded directly for the revenue you help create. Key expectations • Identify and outreach to qualified micro-influencers who align with our brand • Negotiate terms, deliver assets, and manage each creator’s dashboard so they remain engaged • Track performance, optimise campaigns, and report actionable insights weekly I reply fast and will supply all creative, product samples, and promo codes you need.
