Enter & Summarize Survey Text Data

I have a batch of survey responses—some come in neat, predefined fields while others are free-form paragraphs. I need every word transferred accurately into a clean, analyzable spreadsheet or database, with the structured parts preserved exactly as they appear and the open-ended comments copied in full. Once the entry is finished, I’d like a concise statistical summary of what the data can immediately tell us (frequency counts, word totals, basic descriptive insights). If you spot a smarter way to slice the information while you work, feel free to flag it; I’m open to suggestions before we finalise the numbers. Deliverables • Clean, well-labeled data file (Excel, CSV or Google Sheet) containing all textual responses • Brief statistical snapshot of the dataset in the same workbook or an accompanying PDF Accuracy is critical: please double-check spelling, keep original phrasing intact, and leave any ambiguous entries highlighted for my review. If you normally work with Excel formulas, R, Python (pandas), or similar tools, mention it when you submit; I’m happy to provide the raw files in whichever format speeds you up.
