Online Doctor Consultation Facilitation Partner

Ambula is looking for Local Tele-Consultation Facilitation Partners across India to help people in their communities access doctors through digital tele-consultations. As a Local Tele-Consultation Facilitation Partner, you will act as a bridge between patients and digital healthcare. You will identify people who need medical consultation, assist them in using the Ambula App, and facilitate their connection with an available doctor. This is a flexible, community-based opportunity for individuals who want to contribute to better healthcare access while creating an additional earning opportunity. Key Responsibilities: • Identify patients in your local community who need access to a doctor. • Assist patients in initiating tele-consultations through the Ambula App. • Help patients, especially elderly people and first-time digital users, navigate the basic consultation process. • Facilitate genuine patient consultations and support patients throughout the process. • Create awareness about digital healthcare and online doctor consultations. • Help improve access to healthcare in rural, semi-urban and underserved communities. Languages: Candidates who can communicate with patients in any of the following languages are encouraged to apply: Odia, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada, Tamil and Telugu. Who Can Apply: • Local entrepreneurs and business owners • Community representatives • CSC / Digital Service Centre operators • NGOs and social organizations • Healthcare facilitators • Pharmacy or healthcare-related establishments • Students and young professionals • Self-employed individuals • Community volunteers • Individuals with strong local networks Requirements: • Good communication skills in at least one of the listed regional languages. • Basic smartphone and internet knowledge. • Ability to communicate with and assist people patiently. • Good understanding of the local community. • Interest in promoting digital healthcare. • No medical qualification is required. Earning Opportunity: Partners will receive an incentive of ₹20 for every successful tele-consultation facilitated.
