Coordinate 15 Android Closed-Testers

Title: Android App Testing – 15 Testers for a 14-Day Google Play Closed Test We are looking for an experienced QA tester or team coordinator to recruit and manage 15 real Android testers for MENBOLD. MENBOLD helps men practice natural conversations with women through guided exercises and an AI coach, including text and voice interactions. The goal is to identify bugs, evaluate usability, and collect meaningful feedback before the app’s public release. Testers based in India are welcome. Testing and reporting will be conducted in English.

Requirements

1. Provide and coordinate 15 real individual testers, each using their own Google account and a physical Android phone. 2. Provide the testers’ Google account email addresses for the invitation list, along with each device’s model and Android version. 3. Ensure every tester joins through the official Google Play closed-testing link and installs the app from Google Play. 4. Ensure all testers remain enrolled continuously for at least 14 consecutive days from their individual joining dates and keep the app installed throughout that period. 5. Have each tester actively use the app daily and follow an agreed testing checklist covering the main features. 6. Test installation, onboarding, navigation, exercises, buttons, scrolling, and screen responsiveness. Report freezes, crashes, loading problems, and unresponsive controls. 7. Test written and voice conversations with the AI coach, including microphone permissions, recording, response time, audio playback, and whether spoken responses finish correctly. 8. Check that the English interface is clear and consistent. Report untranslated text, confusing instructions, spelling errors, and layout issues. 9. Document each issue with clear reproduction steps, expected and actual results, device details, and screenshots or screen recordings where relevant. 10. Provide a progress report halfway through the test and a final report summarizing completed tests, identified issues, and individual tester feedback. 11. Install any updates released during the testing period and retest reported issues after fixes are provided. 12. Provide genuine, honest feedback privately. Automated activity, duplicate tester identities, purchased public reviews, and artificial ratings are outside the scope of this project. 13. In your proposal, describe your relevant experience, confirm that you can coordinate 15 testers, list the available Android devices, state your earliest start date, and include a sample testing report if available.
