Build a Fast, SEO-Friendly Software E-Commerce Website

I am looking for an experienced web developer to build a modern online store for selling software products and digital software licenses/keys.

Requirements

- E-commerce website focused mainly on software products and digital licenses/activation keys - Automatic digital delivery of software keys immediately after successful payment - Fast, lightweight, and optimized for high performance - SEO-friendly architecture with clean URLs, metadata, schema markup, sitemap, etc. - Mobile-friendly and responsive design - Secure checkout and payment gateway integration - Customer accounts, order history, invoices, etc. - Automated email delivery for orders and license keys - Easy product and order management - Ability to handle a large number of products and orders - Proper Google indexing and SEO structure - Optimized database and caching - Clean, scalable, and maintainable code Important: I do NOT want WordPress.
