AWS & Power BI Ticket Support

I manage a product team that logs every engineering and analytics task as a Jira ticket. I need a reliable specialist who can step in on a ticket-by-ticket basis and close work related to both AWS data engineering and Power BI dashboard development. On the AWS side the tickets you will pick up revolve around building or extending data pipelines and handling the transformation / ETL layers that feed our analytics stack. Expect hands-on work with typical services—think S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift or Athena—and plenty of Python or SQL scripting to keep things automated and testable. Once the data is landed, many tickets jump straight into Power BI. Your focus there will be on stitching new data sources into existing models and turning those datasets into polished, well-documented reports. Most dashboards already have a wireframe, so speed and best-practice DAX are key. Workflow • Tickets arrive in Jira with clear acceptance criteria and due dates. • You self-assign, estimate, and push code or .pbix files to our Git repository. • A ticket is considered done once it passes the automated checks and my brief functional review. If you are comfortable moving back and forth between AWS pipelines and Power BI report creation, I would love to start assigning tickets right away.
