Corrlinks Inmate Email Contact Extraction

I need a careful sweep through every Corrlinks oMail message associated with an Iowa inmate—both those the inmate sent and those they received. From each thread, pull out every name that is paired to an email address and nothing else; phone numbers, postal details, or other personal data are outside the scope. Once finished, place each unique contact on its own row in a spreadsheet. Please work from whichever export method you find most efficient (native Corrlinks download, copy-paste, or mailbox sync) as long as the final spreadsheet is complete and neatly formatted for quick reference.
