Immediate Freight Forwarding Operations Specialist

Several air and ocean consignments—both import and export—are already live and moving through Delhi Air Cargo Terminal, ICD Tughlakabad, and ICD Dadri. I need someone who can take over the operational hand-offs right away, keep every file compliant, and maintain clear status visibility for the team and our customers. You will be preparing all HBL, MBL, AWB, and Customs Shipping Bills, double-checking them for accuracy before they go to the CHA. The CHA relationship itself is in place; the priority is error-free paperwork and proactive follow-ups so clearance happens on schedule. Daily carrier tracking and concise updates in my preferred format (email, spreadsheet, or tracking portal) keep everyone informed and prevent last-minute surprises. A track record of at least three years in end-to-end freight operations is essential. Familiarity with Delhi-NCR customs processes and the ability to communicate fluidly with CHAs on the above terminals will let you hit the ground running.
