Expert Thumbnail Designer for YouTube Content

We’re looking for a creative YouTube Thumbnail Designer to join our channel and create high-quality, clickable thumbnails while maintaining a consistent visual identity. About the channel * Faceless YouTube channel * No personal face/creator on thumbnails * Strong and recognizable visual identity * Content focused on interesting topics, discoveries and analysis What you’ll do * Create 10 initial YouTube thumbnails * Follow and strengthen the existing channel identity * Design thumbnails that are clean, modern and highly clickable * Use creative compositions, typography, objects, visuals or stock/AI-generated faces when relevant — but never the creator’s personal face If it works well: We’re looking for a long-term collaboration, with approximately 2 thumbnails per week. We’re looking for someone who: * Has strong YouTube thumbnail experience * Understands what makes a thumbnail clickable * Can follow a visual identity while bringing their own creativity * Has a strong portfolio of YouTube thumbnails Please send your portfolio and examples of YouTube thumbnails you’ve created.
