IG & WhatsApp Campaign Lead

I have a fast-moving political race and need someone who can take full control of our digital outreach on both Instagram and WhatsApp. The priority is simple: maximize awareness of our candidate in the shortest possible time by running coordinated, multi-account IG ad campaigns while simultaneously blasting targeted WhatsApp messages that include IVR prompts for quick feedback and opt-ins. On Instagram, you will spin up and manage several ad accounts, shape creative, handle precise audience targeting, and keep every placement fully compliant with Meta’s political advertising rules. Daily optimisation, split-testing, and transparent reporting are essential because decisions will be made in real time off the data you provide. On WhatsApp, I need you to configure or connect to a Business API solution capable of high-volume messaging. That includes setting up an IVR flow so recipients can respond with a single tap or voice prompt and be routed to the right volunteer team. List management, opt-out handling, and message template approvals must be airtight. I want to see strong proof you’ve done this before, so link me to past work that shows you have run election or advocacy campaigns at scale on both platforms. If everything checks out, we will move quickly into a launch-within-days schedule. Deliverables will be considered complete when: • Multiple IG ad accounts are live, spending efficiently, and reporting daily metrics. • WhatsApp mass-messaging system is integrated, templates approved, and IVR workflow is tested end-to-end. • A single dashboard or concise report gives me spend, reach, clicks, and engagement for both channels every 24 hours.
