Photo and Visual Editor - Remote ($50-105/hr)

We're hiring experienced Photo and Visual Editors for a fully remote contract role helping train AI models. Pay: $50–105 per hour. Worldwide.

What you'll do

- Review sets of images and pick the strongest one for a given purpose - Judge technical quality: exposure, focus, color, noise and cropping - Flag images altered in a way that changes what they show - Check that captions and descriptions match the image - Write a short explanation for each decision - Correct or retouch images following a brief What we're looking for: - Professional work as a photo editor, picture editor, visual editor, retoucher or photo producer - Daily use of Lightroom, Photoshop or Capture One - Experience delivering images for print, web, social, broadcast or brand work - Comfort explaining why one image works and another doesn't - Clear written English Selection process: short application with resume/portfolio, then a short AI editing interview (no preparation needed).
