HIRING: Remote Recruiter (VA) to find and screen sales callers and closers. Fixed-price project, $100 total, two milestones, worldwide.
We need one recruiter VA to run the sourcing and screening side of hiring for a remote sales team at Acronix (custom AI software for businesses) and Medarix (AI insurance denial recovery for medical practices). The recruiter finds candidates, screens them against clear criteria, and passes a shortlist to the company. The company makes every final hiring decision.
Identify the best channels for posting sales job listings: job boards, Reddit, X, Facebook groups, and any others that work for you - Draft listings and post them - Collect and screen replies against the criteria below - Send a shortlist of the strongest candidates, with each candidate's voice note and the platform they came from - Skip any platform that does not allow the listing, and report it PAY (fixed, non-negotiable) - $100 flat for the whole project, as an independent contractor - Milestone 1 ($50): 15 screened candidates who pass the 60-second voice-note test, within 7 days of starting - Milestone 2 ($50): 30 total screened candidates, within 14 days of starting - Paid through milestones. Payment is released only when each target is met and approved. SCREENING STANDARD FOR CANDIDATES - A 60-second voice note introducing themselves, clearly understood on first listen - Clear conversational English - Able to cover US business hours - At least one real sales result or relevant sales experience - Candidates may be from anywhere in the world RULES - Work only from accounts set up for this project. No access to any personal accounts or passwords is provided. - Follow every platform's rules. No mass DMs, no spam, no duplicate posts. - The recruiter collects the voice notes. A candidate counts toward a milestone only after the company confirms they passed. - Exact pay terms for sales roles will be provided. Do not improvise terms or promise anyone income. - Send a short daily update: where listings were posted, who replied, who was passed on. IDEAL APPLICANT You have recruited or sourced for sales or remote roles before, communicate clearly, reply quickly, and follow written instructions exactly.
